THE EXERCISES:

DAILY GRATITUDE:

Be grateful for what you have by writing three things you are grateful for per day. It has been proven that by recognising what you are happy to have now instead of always thinking you will be happy once you have accomplished something else, that you become an optimistic person, which then leads to more success in life and gives you a reason to smile. A diary of all your past gratitudes will be kept.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY:

Similar to writing the gratitude’s, recognising what is awesome about your life now makes for a happy optimistic person. Write one awesome thing you did in your day. You can then later appreciate all the awesomeness in your life. A diary of all your past highlights will be kept so you can stay mindful that there is always something positive in your day.

FIND THE SMILE:

This game is very simple and quick, but highly effective. Its an exercise for your mind. Simply find the happy face amongst the sad faces and push it. Select the happy face 30 times a day. This simple, unusual game has been proven to flick a switch in your brain to always looks for the happy more optimistic side of things and keep the joy in your life. This will keep you positive and help you to your path of success.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE:
Yes physical exercise can be hard to do some days, but we know it is not only good for your health but good for your mind. With just five minutes of high intensity exercise, you can have endorphins flowing through your body and really make you happier. When it comes to this exercise we will give you some examples of physical excise to do, or you can be creative and make up your own. As long as those endorphins are flowing.

2 MINUTES OF MEDITATION:
This guided explanation for 2 minutes of meditation allows us to get over the culture of trying to do 100 things at once and instead live in the moment, allowing you to focus at the task at hand, become more productive, reduce stress and therefore increase happiness. As it was explained in the TED talk, it is important to stay mindful and in the moment so that you can keep to the purpose of the taks at hand.

RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS:
Doing a simple random act of kindness, as simple as writing a nice email to a friend and complementing them, allows you make a positive effect towards someone else and give them joy. You then reflect this. It also improves your relationships with people and your support group, which will keep you happy during tough times.
Random act of kindness

All of these exercises combined allows you to be happy, have a smile on your face, be mindful to the task at hand, be grateful of small things in life, have joy in life, think positively with purpose, stay calm, learn to meditate and not think to much and have more success in life.
